Apartment in Malasaña

Apartment for seasonal rental, in a historic building, built in 1860. It is located right in the heart of the lively neighborhood of Madrid, next to Gran Vía and only 10 minutes walk from Puerta del Sol.

The Noviciado metro station is located 200 meters from Malasaña Central Suites and is only one stop from the Teatro Real de Opera and two stops from Puerta del Sol, followed by Parque del Retiro and many other places in the center.

In the Malasaña neighborhood there are many local bars, restaurants and theaters, which we highly recommend you go to, as well as a boutique and vintage shops in such streets as Espíritu Santo, Pez street and Fuencarral street.

 

Apartment equipped with living room. There is WiFi connection throughout the apartment and a full kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, iron, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. It has air conditioning and temperature control for each room, comfortable bed with memory foam mattress. Oversized closet.
