I had a hard time finding the light switch over the kitchen counter. It may be good to mark it. Otherwise all wass well, and the location is perfect. If I come back to Madrid I will definitely try you first.

Appartement bien situé, au centre de Madrid. Proximité de tout! Nous étions 6 et nous avons passé un super séjour de 8 jours. Seul point noir, c'est le stationnement qui n'est pas facile si on n'a pas réservé le parking!

Fuimos en familia y quedamos encantados con el alojamiento. ¡Daniela Peñalver nos recibió de una manera sensacional! Nos explicó todos los procedimientos y nos dio excelentes consejos sobre lugares turísticos, seguridad y restaurantes. Nos encanta especialmente el restaurante Salton, cerca del apartamento. Quedamos muy satisfechos con el taxista que nos llevó al aeropuerto. Esperamos volver a Madrid y quedarnos con usted nuevamente. ¡Muchas gracias!

La calle no nos gustó mucho, pero el apartamento es excelente, muy nuevo y muy limpio. Otro aspecto que no nos gustó es que no hay ascensor. Afortunadamente estábamos en el piso 1

We had to check in for an overnight day and booked just few minutes before we e checked in. Host was warm and gracious and we were grateful for the quick response and hospitality. The apartment was snug and beautiful.

Excellent hotel. Clean room, spacious room. Chicho did our checkin and he was phenomenal. We landed earlier than expected so we had time to kill before checkin. He told me the cleaning lady would clean our room first since I had a cranky and sleepy two year old with me. He showed ny husband and I where to go eat, and pointed out the best breakfast spots. Then about an hour after we left he emailed me and told me to come back because our room was ready. EXCELLENT customer service unlike any other. He walked us to our room, and explained to us some things about Madrid. I will definitely be staying here again. Overall excellent experience!

We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to our friends. Your staff was very helpful and efficient. Our only "complaint" is that we were in an apartment on the bottom floor and it was very damp. By the end of our stay, there was mold on the baseboards and our souvenir bags were very damp. We did leave the dryer on the whole time, but it was still a little uncomfortable -- although it did stay cool which is great. We thought the location was perfect and the apartment was well stocked (great towels!) Thanks for a great stay!

Achei o apartamento pequeno. Estavamos em 3 adultos e uma criança. Para duas pessoas é perfeito. A localização é ótima e as pessoas que fazem a limpeza são excelentes!
